To be eligible for membership in the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, you must be a citizen of the United States over the age of 21 who believes in God.
To become a member, you can either:

- Download and fill the membership application. Mail or bring to the lodge at 2105 South McDowell Boulevard Petaluma, CA 94954
- Visit The grand Lodge website and fill the Inquiry form
